    Founder and Managing Director

    After a short service commission in the Royal Air Force, he re-joined the business world and a career in marketing communications and publishing, before moving into personal and team development. He is an inspirational speaker and facilitator, believing passionately in the power of effective leadership and people development; people properly led and developed can and do achieve astonishing things. He is a qualified Executive Coach, an accredited practitioner for the HumanSynergistic’s  Leadership WorkStyles360 profile, the HBDI thinking preferences profile, and the TMSDI work preferences model.

    Founding Director

    Sally Cooke brings a strong background of education and practical psychology to the team.  She has many years’ experience in analysing and developing communication and interaction skills, specialising in children with special needs, their families and educational settings.  She is an experienced trainer, a qualified psychodynamic counsellor, having a post-graduate diploma in Contemporary Therapeutic Counselling. She is particularly skilled in one-to-one work, whilst bringing a discreet authority to group and team development. With post-graduate qualifications and experience in Play and Creative Arts Therapy, Sally offers a wide range of creative interventions, to both coaching and team programmes.

  • Tim Poole BA (Hons), Dip Couns.

    Tim Poole BA (Hons), Dip Couns.

    Tim initially trained and worked as a professional actor and has an impressive track record in film, TV, and theatre over the last two decades.  Tim is a natural communicator and facilitator, having excellent leadership and organisational skills with both individuals and groups. He is a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor. 

    Tim has been instrumental in helping D’Arcy to harness the power of drama in personal and team development. Used in both role play and facilitation, drama is a potent force in enabling individuals and teams to develop self-awareness and an insightful understanding of both relationships and transactional analysis.  

  • Natasha Kearslake MCIPD

    Natasha Kearslake MCIPD

    Natasha is a fully qualified HR professional (MCIPD) and has in-depth knowledge and applied experience, strategic and operational, across the major HR disciplines; organisation design, talent management, leadership and team building, coaching, employee relations, employee engagement and communication. Natasha has worked for blue chip names, including Tesco, Waterstone’s and David Lloyd Leisure. Delivering a powerful combination of traditional Human Resourcing practices and bespoke developmental and facilitative approaches, she adds value by nurturing growth and maximising potential. She is an accredited practitioner for Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a range of SHL products and the Thomas International profiling and ability testing instruments. Natasha has experience in delivering significantly improved results for a client, in the Apprenticeships arena, during their Ofsted accreditation.

  • Rebecca Derren BA(Hons)

    Rebecca has worked with D’Arcy since 2007 on business, team, and personal development projects with a range of commercial clients. She trained as a professional actor and has a strong track record in TV and stage work. Off stage she is the voice for documentary, advertising and corporate projects. Believing passionately in the use of drama as a powerful educational and development tool, Rebecca founded and co-runs a Drama in Education Company, working nationally with school children. She is an accomplished facilitator and workshop leader, teaching communication skills to adults and young people.
